Well not exactly over but pretty close...
What the hell is up with this? It wasn't exactly like this but looked like a miniature of what the military uses to take out terrorists, a bit more civilized with lights on each wing, it was not a plane, I'm sure.
This is defiantly a new age in privacy

For small drones there is the RQ-11 Raven, a little bigger than you state would be the RQ-7 Shadow. Where are you located? Any military bases around?

South East Wisconsin, I believe the closest military base is great lakes naval base, and I don't think it would have enough range to get that far.

IIRC Fort McCoy is in southwest Wisconsin. I could be wrong I have never went there nor been to that part of the country.
